Privacy and your data
How 0xdesigner LLC ("0xdesigner", "we") handles data for the design service at 0xdesigner.com.
What we receive
- Account email. The address you sign in with, using a one-time email code.
- Briefs. The title, goal, scope, context, deliverable and links your agent sends after you approve a quote, and the quote and approval reply themselves.
- Approved files and links. Only the files your agent uploads after you approve each one, and the links in the brief. A private repository link grants no access.
- Messages. Questions, answers, appeals and refund requests exchanged with the designer on a request.
- Agent connection metadata. Which agent application is connected, when it connected and when it was last used, so you can see and disconnect it. We never see your agent's conversation or your repository.
- Purchase and tax details, via Stripe. Business name, billing address, optional tax ID, and the payment method, which Stripe holds. We store the invoice references and amounts.
- The Checkout acceptance record. The terms version you accepted, the time, and the IP address of that acceptance.
- Anonymous website usage. Page categories, phone/tablet/desktop layout categories, broad referral categories, agent selection, setup instructions copied, FAQ openings and navigation actions. We store fixed categories only, with no visitor identifier, email, full URL, query string, question text, brief or file content. Analytics sets no cookies and respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. These counts are not linked to your account. Account-linked service events record credits, quotes, checkout and request outcomes.
- Cookies. A sign-in cookie that keeps you signed in to your account, and a random cookie that counts questions asked in the FAQ box so the daily limit is fair. No advertising or tracking cookies.
Where it is processed
- Vercel hosts the application and receives scrubbed application error metadata in service logs; error messages, request bodies, secrets and personal data are not logged.
- Supabase stores the database and private files.
- Stripe processes payments, tax, invoices, refunds and disputes.
- Resend sends email, including sign-in codes.
- GitHub runs an uptime check that requests only public service URLs.
- OpenRouter answers questions typed into the FAQ box on the connect page, with zero data retention. Please leave private project details out of those questions.
How long we keep it
- Files stay until you remove them from your agent or delete your account.
- Unsent drafts are deleted after 7 days.
- Briefs, messages and deliveries stay while your account exists.
- Financial records (purchases, credit ledger, invoices, tax records, refunds, disputes, and the terms acceptance record) are kept for 7 years after your account's last transaction, as accounting and tax law require. After you delete your account they are kept without your personal details, then deleted.
- Backups age out within 30 days. Deleted files are not kept in backups.
- Application error metadata follows Vercel's log retention. Email delivery logs are kept by Resend under its policy.
Changes to the terms
Material changes to the terms apply to future purchases only. We email every active account about them, and the next Checkout asks for a fresh acceptance.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account from your account settings. Deletion waits until any accepted request is delivered; requests that were not yet accepted are cancelled and their credits released first. You confirm with a fresh email code.
Deletion removes your agent connections, browser sessions and sign-in codes, drafts, uploaded files, briefs, messages, deliveries and previews, notification settings, and analytics. Unused credits are forfeited; credits are not refundable. Purchases, the credit ledger, invoices, tax records, refunds, disputes and the terms acceptance record are kept for 7 years without your personal details. Stripe keeps its own records. We email you when deletion is complete.
